method:

  1. peel off the skin of papaya and chop it into small equal cubes. it yields around 2 cups of raw papaya. keep it aside.
  2. boil enough water in a pan, once it starts boiling, add chopped raw papaya and cook for 4 minutes on medium high heat.
  3. once done remove from heat and drain all water.
  4. in another pan add 1 cup of sugar and 1 cup of water. cook on medium low heat until dissolve.
  5. further add boiled papaya and cook on low medium heat until the sugar syrup turns sticky and forms a thin one-stirring consistency, which may take 15-20 minutes.
  6. add vanilla essence. mix well.
  7. turn of flame and divide the cooked papaya into 3 equal portion with sugar syrup into a bowl.
  8. mix a pinch of different food color and mix well. then keep the bowl into refrigerator for 24 hours.
  9. after 24 hours take out the papaya from syrup and drain all sugar syrup.
  10. further, transfer to a plate and keep the plate under fan until dries out completely.
  11. then, store it in a airtight container and use whenever you needed.

  1. you can use any kind of color.
  2.  you can use tutti frutti in custard, ice-cream, cakes, cookies, biscuits, muffin, bread or bun.
