ingredients:
vegetables
ghee
oil
onion
cinnamon,
caradamom, clove
ginger-garlic paste
powder milk
cashew paste
raisin/kishmish
salt
chicken
polau rice
beresta
saffron
green peas
Method:
- boil vegetable and fry them a little with ghee.
- in a large pan heat oil and ghee. fry chopped onion until brown.
- then add ginger-garlic paste, cashew paste, powder milk. cook 5-6 minutes.
- now add chicken cook until soft.
- remove chicken, add water.
- then add rice and cook for 15 minutes.
- now add chicken, vegetable, saffron water, peas, green chilly, beresta. cook 10 minutes on low heat.
- serve hot.
