Chicken-Tikka Kabab



Chicken 500 gram

Basan/Gram Flour 1/2 cup

Garlic paste 1/2 tsp

Ginger paste 1/2 tsp

Red chilly powder 1/2 tsp

Coriander seeds powder 1/2 tsp

cumin powder 1/2 tsp

Kabab Masal/Garam Masala Powder 1 tsp

Green chilly paste 1 tsp

Yogurt/Curd 1/2 cup

Cheese Grated 2 tbs

Orange food colour few drops

  • Heat 2 tbs oil in a pan. Add besan, ginger paste, garlic paste. Cook on low heat for 3-4 minutes.
  • Remove from pan and let it to cool.
  • Mix chilly powder, coriander, cumin, kabab masala, yogurt, cheese, food color, green chilly and salt with gram flour mix.
  • Add chicken and coat well. Marinate for an hour.
  • Thread chicken pieces with skewers.
  • Heat a pan and add 2 tbs oil in a pan.
  • Fry chicken until brown for 10-15 minutes.
  • serve hot with sauce, raita.
