Chinese chicken spring roll-crispy & perfect recipe video
Ingredients
- Rice Flour(Chaler Gura) - 1/2 cup
- Atta/wheat flour - 1/2 cup
- salt
- water - 1 & 1/2 cup
- Oil - 2 tbs
- onion - 1/2 cup chopped
- Chicken Keema/Mince - 1 cup
- Garlic-ginger paste - 2 tsp
- Green Papaya - 1 cup chopped
- carrot - 1 cup chopped
- Cabbage julienne cut - 1 cup
- soy sauce light - 2 tbs
- sugar - 1/2 tsp
- Tomato ketchup/sauce - 2 tbs
- ajinomoto - 1/2 tsp
- Chopped green chilies - 2 tbs
Instructions
Make stuffing:
- heat 2 tbs oil. add onion, keema, ginger-garlic paste and salt .cook 2 minutes.
- then add papaya and carrot. cook 3-4 minutes.
- then add cabbage .cook 2 minutes.
- now add soy sauce, tomato sauce, sugar, green chili, ajinomoto.
- cook 2 minutes. stuffing is ready.
- let it to cool. keep aside.
Making roll:
- Boil water and salt.
- add rice flour and atta/wheat flour.
- cook3-4 minutes.
- remove from flame and knead it.
- divide them into 20-25 small ball.
- roll it into 3-4 inch round.
- fill with 1 tsp stuffing .
- seal and deep fry.
- serve hot.
