Make stuffing:

  • heat 2 tbs oil. add onion, keema, ginger-garlic paste and salt .cook 2 minutes.
  • then add papaya and carrot. cook 3-4 minutes.
  • then add cabbage .cook 2 minutes.
  • now add soy sauce, tomato sauce, sugar, green chili, ajinomoto.
  • cook 2 minutes. stuffing is ready.
  • let it to cool. keep aside.



Making roll:

  • Boil water and salt.
  • add rice flour and atta/wheat flour.
  • cook3-4 minutes.
  • remove from flame and knead it.
  • divide them into 20-25 small ball.
  • roll it into 3-4 inch round.
  • fill with 1 tsp stuffing .
  • seal and deep fry.
  • serve hot.
