Beef Rezala

Ingredients
- Beef - 1 kg washed
- Plain yogurt - 1/2 cup
- Poppy seeds paste - 1 tablespoon
- Peanut paste - 1 tablespoon
- Ginger paste - 1 tablespoon
- Garlic paste - 1 tablespoon
- Cumin paste - 1 teaspoon
- Red Chili Powder - 1 teaspoon
- Mawa - 2 tablespoon
- Milk - 1 cup
- Raisin - 1 tablespoon
- Onion Paste - 2 tablespoon
- Onion golden fried - 1/4 cup
- Onion Chopped - 2 tablespoon
- Garam masla - 1 teaspoon
- Sugar - 2 teaspoon
- Oil - 1/4 cup
- Ghee - 2 tablespoon
- Cinnamon stick - 3
- Cardamon - 5-6
- Bay leaves - 2 numbers
- Cloves - 4 numbers
- Nutmeg-mace powder - 1 teaspoon
- Red Chili Flakes - 1/2 teaspoon
- Kewra essence - 1 tablespoon
- Salt - to taste
- Water - as required
Instructions
- Marinate the beef with all of ingredients except oil,ghee ,fried onion,garam masla and kewra essence. Marinate for 1 hour.
- Heat oil in a medium pan and fry a little bay leaves,cinnamon-cardamon,cloves and then add chopped onion,
- Add marinated beef and 2 cups of water,1/2 of fried onion,kewra and cook for 25 mins in a medium low flame.Add extra water if spice become dry.Adjust salt.
- When beef cooked well, add ghee,garam masla and remove from heat. Transfer to a serving dish and add remaining fried onion.Serve hot with rice.
