Ingredients
- For making two patty
- Potato - 1/4 cup boiled and mashed
- Vegetable - 1 cup finely chopped
- Cashewnut - 2 tablespoon chopped
- Chola dal - 1/4 cup boiled and mashed
- Cornstarch - 2 teaspoon
- Breadcrumbs - 2 tablespoon
- Paprika - 1/4 teaspoon
- Dry parsley - 1/2 teaspoon
- White pepper powder - 1/4 teaspoon
- Red Chili Powder - 1/4 teaspoon
- Garam masla powder - 1/4 teaspoon
- Green chilies - 1 teaspoon chopped
- Ginger - 1 teaspoon chopped
- Garlic - 1 teaspoon chopped
- Oil - for frying
- For the batter
- Breadcrumbs - 1/2 cup
- All purpose flour - 1/4 cup
- Ginger -Garlic powder - 1/2 teaspoon
- White pepper powder - 1/2 teaspoon
- Red Chili Flakes - 1/2 teaspoon
- Salt - to taste
- For making burger

- Butter - 2 tablespoon
- Tomato - 1 cut into slices
- Onion - 1 cut into rings
- Carrot,cabbage - 1/2 cup cut into julianno
- Tomato sauce - 2 tablespoon
- For mayonnaise sauce
- Mayonnaise - 3 tablespoon
- White pepper powder - 1/4 teaspoon
- Red Chili Flakes - 1/2 teaspoon
- Fresh garlic paste - 1/2 teaspoon

Vegetable Preparation:
- Boil the potato, peeled and mashed.
- Cut the all vegetable and cashews into finely chopped.
- Boil the channa dal/yellow split and slightly mashed.
- You can use any kind of vegetable, peas, beans for patty or topping.
- Heat oil in a pan,add chopped garlic, ginger and saute'.
- Then dd add chopped onion and all vegetables.
- Saute'for 2-3 minutes.Now add chola dal and mashed potato.
- Add garam masla, red chili powder, paparika, pepper, salt, green chili and dry parsley.
- Mix it well until well combine.
- Remove from heat and let it cool.
Making Burger Patty:
- Mix cooked vegetable with breadcrumbs, cornstarch and adjust salt. Mix them well.
- Divide the mixture into two equal balls and make them into two patty as same as the size of the bun.
- In a bowl mix flour with salt, pepper, chili flakes, ginger-garlic powder and mix them until no lumps.
- Take one patty, at first coat with the flour mixture and then with breadcrumbs.
- Let them rest for 10 minutes.
- Heat oil in a deep fry pan and fry them until golden color.
Making Sauce:
- Mix the mayonnaise with pepper, garlic and chili flakes for making sauce.
Burger Preparation:
- Slice the burger buns at the center point in equal halves.
- Heat butter in a pan and toast the bun pieces until light golden color.
- Now spread the mayonnaise on the crisp side.
- Place the patty on the bun.
- Spread mayonnaise again.
- Add some tomato sauce.
- Then add salad,tomato slices and onion slices.
- The vegetable burger is ready.
- Serve with french fries and extra sauce.
