Description
This recipe is a very easy to make and great flavor, velvety smooth texture. Made it to use on some beautiful coleslaw, then use some of the leftover on club sandwiches. It turns out perfectly if you blend all ingredients a bit before very slowly adding oil.
Homemade Mayonnaise
Ingredients
- Egg Yolk - 2 fresh
- Olive oil - 1 cup
- Mustard Powder - 1/4 teaspoon
- White pepper powder - 1/4 teaspoon
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Sugar - 1/2 teaspoon
- Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
- White vinegar - 1 tablespoon
Instructions
Method:
- In a blender add all ingredients except oil. Blend 2-3 minutes.
- Continue blending and slowly add oil little by little. One teaspoon at a time.
- Blend them until a thick consistency.
- Turn off the blender and transfer to a jar.
- Refreeze it for 4-5 days.

This is the best recipe for mayonis. I use it for Russian salad. For ht dog it is nice

Thank you Usha.You can use it for any kind of deep fried snacks.Add some garlic to make garlic mayonnaise.You can also add dried herb or fresh to get more flavor.
