Description

potato 1 kg grated or thinly sliced

oil for dip fry

salt to taste

chili 

peanut 

method:

  • peel the potatoes and wash them. soak the grated potato for 30 minutes.
  • drain water well and spread the potato over a paper towel. 
  • heat enough oil in a deep fried pan. fry potatoes until light brown and crisp.
  • drain from oil and keep on a paper towel.
  • sprinkle salt, pepper according to your taste.

  • mix fried nuts, fried chilies.
  • serve and enjoy.
