Description
potato 1 kg grated or thinly sliced
oil for dip fry
salt to taste
chili
peanut
method:
- peel the potatoes and wash them. soak the grated potato for 30 minutes.
- drain water well and spread the potato over a paper towel.
- heat enough oil in a deep fried pan. fry potatoes until light brown and crisp.
- drain from oil and keep on a paper towel.
- sprinkle salt, pepper according to your taste.
- mix fried nuts, fried chilies.
- serve and enjoy.
