Ingredients
- Lachsa Shemai - 200 gm
- Sugar - 1 cup
- Water - 1 cup
- Raisins(kishmish) - 2 tablespoon
- Pistachio - 2 tablespoon chopped
- Almond - 2 tablespoon chopped
- Cinnamon 1 - 2 pieces
- Cardamon - 2 pieces
- Fresh Cream - 4 tablespoon
Instructions
Preparation:
- Blanch nuts, then chop and keep aside.
- Break lachsa shemai into small pieces and keep aside.
Method:
- Melt ghee in a deep bottom pan. Fry lachsa shemai until light brown.
- Next add sugar and mix for 1 minute.
- Then add water, raisins, cardamon, cinnamon and chopped nuts. Mix well.
- Cover and cook for 10-12 minutes or until water dries up. Stir one or two times.
- Once cooked transfer to a serving dish. Garnish with chopped nuts and fresh cream.
