CHOCOLATE LAVA CAKE without egg and oven video recipe
Ingredients
- All Purpose Flour(Maida) - 1/3 cup
- Icing Sugar - 1/3 cup
- cocoa powder - 1 tablespoon
- milk powder - 2 tablespoon
- baking powder - 1/4 teaspoon
- hot water - 1 cup
- chocolate dark - 3/4 cup
- butter - 2 tablespoon
- vanilla essence - 1 teaspoon
Instructions
- melt chocolate and butter.
- shift dry ingredients in a bowl. mix hot water. keep aside.
- mix chocolate mixture. mix well until no lumps.
- dust the cake mold with cocoa powder.
- pour the batter.
- bake 160 degree c for 8-10 minutes.
- serve hot.
