mango-yogurt parfait cup
Ingredients
- Tok doi(plain yogurt)/Curd - 1 cup
- fresh cream/dano cream - 1/2 cup
- Icing Sugar - 3 tablespoon
- Fresh Ripe Mango Pulp - 1 cup
- Digestive Biscuits/Crackers Biscuits crumbs - 8-10 pieces
- chopped mango - 1 cup
Instructions
- mix cream, yogurt , icing sugar in a bowl.
- another bowl mix mango pulp then mix two tablespoon cream mixture.
- crash biscuits and mix two tablespoon mango pulp.
- in a glass take 1 tablespoon crush biscuits then add 2 tablespoon mango pulp mixture.
- then add again crush biscuits mixture.
- finally add cream-yogurt mixture.
- decorate with chopped mango and cream.
- serve cool.
