CHOCOLATE SPONGE CAKE IN A BLENDER

ingredients:
maida/ap flour 1 cup
cocoa powder 1/4 cup
baking powder 1/2 tsp
baking soda 1/2 tsp
salt a pinch
oil 1/2 cup
sugar 3/4 cup
egg 2
vanilla essence
hot milk 1/2 cup
Method:
- in a bowl sieve flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda and salt. keep aside.
- in a blender add oil, sugar, egg, vanilla essence and blend well.
- mix with dry ingredients. mix well.
- now mix hot milk and fold with a spatula. transfer in a baking pan.
- pre-heat a cooking pan or oven. 170 degree C for 10 minutes.
- place the baking pan into pan or oven.
- bake for 30-40 minutes.
- remove from pan.
- cover with a plastic wrap and let it to cool.
- slice and enjoy.
