Spicy-Thai Beef

Ingredients
- For marination:
- Beef - 1/2 kg thin slices
- Ginger paste - 2 teaspoon
- Garlic paste - 1 teaspoon
- Onion paste - 1 tablespoon
- Black pepper powder - 1/2 teaspoon
- Red chili powder - 1/2 teaspoon
- Sauce:
- Lime leaves paste - 1/2 teaspoon
- Dried basil leaves - 1/2 teaspoon
- Fish sauce - 1 tablespoon
- Dark Soy sauce - 1 tablespoon
- Oyester sauce - 1 tablespoon
- Sugar - 1/2 teaspoon
- Vegetable ingredients:
- Capsicum 1 slices - 1 piece
- Green onion/spring onion - 1 cup 2
- Onion - 1 cup cubed
- Green chilies - 2
- Another ingredients:
- Salt - a pinch
- Oil - 1/2 cup
Instructions
Preparation:
- Wash and drain beef pieces.
- Marinate the beef slices with marination spices.
- Keep into refrigerator for overnight.
- Mix sauce ingredients in a small bowl. Keep aside.
Method:
- Heat oil, add beef, salt and fry well.
- Cover and cook until tender. If you need add some water.
- Once cooked, dries up water.
- Now add vegetables and cook for 5 minutes.
- Then add sauce mixture and cook another five minutes.
- Now add green chilies and turn off heat.
- Serve hot with rice.
