Ingredients
- All Purpose Flour(Maida) - 1 1/2 cup
- baking powder - 1 teaspoon
- salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- egg - 2 room temperature
- sugar - 1/2 cup
- milk - 3/4 cup
- vanilla essence - 1 teaspoon
- oil 2 tablespoon for greasing the fry pan
- honey for serving
Instructions
- mix dry ingredients - flour, baking powder and salt. keep aside.
- in a large bowl beat egg and sugar until sugar is dissolve.
- add milk and vanilla essence. mix well.
- now add flour mixture and mix until no lumps.
- heat a pan on medium low heat.
- add 1/2 teaspoon oil and grease with a kitchen tissue.
- pour 1/4 cup batter. wait for 1 minute.
- flip over another one minute.
- once done remove from heat and serve with honey.
- enjoy
