Ingredients
- All Purpose Flour(Maida)/cake flour - 1 cups
- cocoa powder - 2 tablespoon
- baking powder - 1 teaspoon
- salt - 1/4 teaspoon
- butter - 1 cup
- sugar - 1 cup
- egg - 4 room temperature
- milk - 1/2 cup warm
- vanilla Essence - 1 teaspoon
Instructions
method:
- preheat your oven to 180 degree c.
- mix flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt. mix with a hand mixture well. keep aside.
- beat butter until creamy texture. beat sugar until well mix.
- further beat egg one by one until light and creamy.
- next mix milk, vanilla essence and vinegar one by one.
- now mix flour mixture with egg mixture till creamy chocolate batter.
- pour the batter into 3/4 portion of cupcake mold.
- bake 15-20 minutes or until toothpick inserted middle of the cupcake comes out clean.
- remove from oven and let it to cool.
